Tim Mourtazov, founder of One + One Marketing, is an entrepreneur at heart and a direct marketing expert who worked with entrepreneurial companies and individuals in health, fitness, and household consumer product markets for 10 years. He spent these years practicing various methods of sales and marketing and selecting those methods that bring results with minimum investment. He has thousands of hours under his belt practicing direct response methods, writing sales letters, making cold calls, conducting appointments and closing sales, recruiting, training and managing sales and marketing force. Tim started his career worked for a multinational organization. He started several successful business of his own and currently is involved in several successful joint ventures. He is originally from Russia, he went to University of McGill in Montreal, Canada and graduated in 1998 with a business degree. He is an avid athlete who enjoys several sport disciplines and loves outdoors. He currently lives with his wife and two kids in a beautiful city of Montreal and invites you to come and visit him when you are in the area.

Jason Wells is the business development liaison for One + One. He has worked with the company for the last three years, helping to shape the client roster and develop fresh marketing initiatives. Prior to signing with One + One he worked in a variety of markets from software to design and telecom. He has a history of providing quality client & technical support, generating realtime solutions. Starting with a 1200 baud modem, he has been on the internet long before the letters WWW became a household reality. He has a keen interest in music, world politics, online trends and global culture. He has traveled throughout North America, south to Costa Rica and Nicaragua, four times to Europe and lived in Southern Africa for two years where he traveled by car from Lusaka, Zambia, to Maseru, Lesotho, stopping along the way to visit some amazing locations, among them Victoria Falls, the Kalahari Desert, Hwange National Park and the slums of Soweto Township where he met wonderfully kind and resilient people.

Ned Servant is a project manager and key account specialist for One+One and has worked for the past year fulfilling for existing clients as well as reaching out to new ones. Through experience working in the areas of Direct Marketing as well as Graphic Design and Computer Animation, he brings a strong set of both spoken and visual communication skills to the table. Being bilingual as well, exchanges with clients have and continue to happen in both English and French across North America. In the past he has lent his talents to marketing campaigns for companies such as MBNA Canada Bank, Citibank, Rogers Telecom, and others.
